Outstanding Performance definition

Outstanding Performance means the levels of outstanding performance in the Alliance Key Performance Indicators agreed by the ALT. Painshare means the payments made by the NOPs to RTA calculated in accordance with Schedule 7 (Commercial Framework). Payment Claim means a claim in such form as the ALT determines. Payment Schedule means a payment schedule issued by RTA under clause 8.1(c).
