Patent Improvements definition

Patent Improvements means any improvement, refinement, enhancement or other modification of the Patents which are directly related to the Patents.

Patent Improvements means any modifications, enhancements, development, revision, variation, alteration, and, if applicable, new model of any Licensed Patents product or service developed, conceived, acquired, invented, discovered or owned subsequent to the Effective Date execution of this Agreement, including, without limitation, any inventions, discoveries, designs, works of authorship and other know-how relating thereto, that are made, conceived, developed, generated, documented or reduced to practice.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, LI-COR hereby grants to Aura an exclusive, royalty-bearing, license (“License”) under the Licensed Patent, Improvements and Know-How to research, develop, make, have made, use, have used, market, sell, have sold, distribute, have distributed, export and have imported Licensed Product for the Licensed Field in the Territory during the Term.

Related to Patent Improvements

  • Joint Improvements means Improvements conceived or first reduced to practice jointly by (a) one or more employees of, or others obligated to assign inventions to, ImmunoGen or any Affiliate of ImmunoGen, and (b) one or more employees of, or others obligated to assign inventions to, Novartis or any Affiliate of Novartis.

  • Licensee Improvements means any improvement, enhancement, modification, derivative work or upgrade to any of Licensor Patent Rights made, conceived, reduced to practice, affixed or otherwise developed by or on behalf of Licensee during the term of this Agreement and solely as exercised under the License.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 152-unit market rate residential apartment building, construction of a stormwater pond and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • System improvements means capital improvements to public facilities which are designed to provide service to a service area.
