PEG Access Channels definition

PEG Access Channels means any channel(s) made available for the presentation of PEG Access Programming.
PEG Access Channels or “Access Channel” shall mean any channel(s) made available by the Licensee to the Town of Douglas and/or a designee(s) of the Town, without charge, for the purpose and presentation of PEG Access programming.
PEG Access Channels means any channels or portions of channels made available for use by the City for public, educational or governmental programming.

  • Franchisee shall transmit programming consistent with the dedicated uses of PEG Access Channels.

More Definitions of PEG Access Channels

PEG Access Channels. Any channel(s) made available for the presentation of PEG Access Programming. Person: Any corporation, partnership, limited partnership, association, trust, organization, other business entity, individual or group of individuals acting in concert.
