Franchisee shall transmit programming consistent with the dedicated uses of PEG Access Channels.
The Licensee shall monitor the PEG Access Channels for technical quality and shall ensure that they are maintained at standards commensurate with those which apply to the Cable System’s commercial channels; provided, however, that the Licensee is not responsible for the production quality of PEG Access Programming productions.
