Performance and Usage Data definition

Performance and Usage Data means statistical, usage, configuration and performance data of the Hosted Services and/or Software.
Performance and Usage Data means memory usage (both logical and physical), data search and return bandwidth speeds and usage, database query and statistical usage, IO performance, and other metrics associated with the operation of RAADAR.
Performance and Usage Data means statistical, usage, configuration and performance data that Contractor may collect and use during the course of providing Services to District. Contractor may use and disclose Performance and Usage Data for any purpose authorized by the Contract; provided, however, that such Performance and Usage Data have first been de- Data Protection Addendum 2 August 2023APPROVED BY LEGAL identified, anonymized and aggregated such that the data or content (as applicable) does not identify End User or any individual.

  • Performance and Usage Data may also be used and shared with third party web analytical tools for tracking analytical information and for educational research purposes.
