If this decision is made, the low responsive and responsible Bidder for those requirements identified in the Bid Schedule for the Primary Contractor shall be awarded the Primary Contract followed by award to the low responsive and responsible Bidder(s) for those requirements identified in the Bid Schedule for the Secondary Contractor.
