Procedure B. The Operator shall contract the most capable supplier of goods and services according to cost and quality criteria, and the Operating Committee shall be informed of the engagement. When the supplier winning an engagement procedure B is an Affiliate of any of the Contracted Parties, the Operating Committee’s prior approval is required. Under any circumstance, the Operator shall promote the engagement procedure with participation of at least three (3) qualified suppliers.
Procedure B. The Operator shall contract the most capable supplier of goods and services according to cost and quality criteria, and the Operating Committee shall be informed of the engagement. When the supplier winning an engagement procedure B is an Affiliate of any of the Contracted Parties, the Operating Committee’s prior approval is required. Under any circumstance, the Operator shall promote the engagement procedure with participation of at least three qualified suppliers. In case the Operator verifies a market situation where there are less than three (3) suppliers for contracting an item or service, the matter shall be taken to the Operating Committee for resolution, as provided for in Procedure C. Any Consortium Member may have access to a copy of the agreements executed by the Operator upon request.

Examples of Procedure B in a sentence

  • If the Procedure A review was “satisfactory,” then the next performance review of the tenured faculty member will utilize Procedure B, the less rigorous procedure.

  • The Company will assign CUSIP numbers to Global Securities as described below under Settlement Procedure "B".

  • An adjunct faculty member scheduled for a Procedure B review may change to a Procedure A review upon request within one (1) week following notification.

  • If a written evaluation is deemed necessary, Procedure B as outlined above shall be followed.

  • Any retrenchment of employees falling under the scope of this agreement must be undertaken in accordance with either Procedure A or Procedure B set out below.

  • If the Initial Interest Rate for a Floating Rate Book-Entry Note has not been determined at the time that Settlement Procedure "A" is completed, Settlement Procedure "B" and "C" shall be completed as soon as such rate has been determined but no later than 12 Noon and 2:00 P.M., respectively, on the second Business Day before the settlement date.

  • The Trustee will assign CUSIP numbers to Book-Entry Notes as described below under Settlement Procedure B.

  • Citibank will assign CUSIP numbers to Global Certificates as described below under Settlement Procedure "B".

Related to Procedure B

  • Procedure means one or more surgical procedures or medical therapy performed in a Center of Excellence.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolution of Disputes set forth in Article 26;

  • Grievance Procedure is used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as including the arbitration procedure.
