Processing area definition

Processing area means an area whether within or outside the mining area used for the purpose of milling, beneficiating and dressing mineral ores, and including smelting and refining of minerals;
Processing area means any area, building, plant or facility registered with and approved by the department in which a licensee will make industrial hemp into a marketable product. For the purposes of this definition, a person's domicile, home or residence is not con­ sidered a processing area.
