Project Assignment definition

Project Assignment means a contractual assignment of all of Developer’s rights under a consulting contract with a Project Consultant, including any rights to use the Project Consultant’s work product.
Project Assignment means any involvement in a government project, including but not limited to meetings, debriefings, bid and proposal preparation, contract negotiations, project performance, and project closeout.
Project Assignment means a Relocation Project for which the Consultant has been issued a Notice to Proceed.

  • Any item in this Project Assignment which is inconsistent with that Agreement is invalid.

  • Each Project Assignment shall be no more than forty (40) Participants per cohort.

  • SPEA will be consulted and agreement shall be obtained (not to be unreasonably withheld) on any amendments to the project assignment conditions or the creation of any new Project Assignment Conditions, as required.

  • Client will pay Consultant the fee set forth in each Project Assignment for Services rendered pursuant to this Agreement as Consultant’s sole compensation for such Services.

  • Payment of Consultant’s fees and expenses will be in accordance with terms and conditions set forth in the applicable Project Assignment.

  • This Project Assignment is governed by the terms of an Independent Contractor Services Agreement in effect between Company and Contractor.


More Definitions of Project Assignment

Project Assignment means the relevant assignment agreed between the Company and the Consultancy as set out in a Project Assignment Details
Project Assignment. Any assignment outside of an employees’ Permanent Headquarters (as defined in Article 22, Section 22.2) which is expected to exceed six (6) months, but last no longer than eighteen (18) months.
Project Assignment means delivery and performance of Services and the activities identified in the attached TORs, to the satisfaction of Client;

Related to Project Assignment

  • Direct Assignment Facilities means facilities or portions of facilities that are constructed for the sole use/benefit of a particular Transmission Customer requesting service under the Tariff. Direct Assignment Facilities shall be specified in the Service Agreement that governs service to the Transmission Customer and shall be subject to Commission approval.

  • IP Assignment a collateral assignment or security agreement pursuant to which an Obligor grants a Lien on its Intellectual Property to Agent, as security for the Obligations.

  • Lease Assignment has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(d).

  • IP Assignment Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a)(iii).

  • Patent Assignment each patent collateral assignment agreement pursuant to which an Obligor assigns to Agent, for the benefit of Secured Parties, such Obligor’s interests in its patents, as security for the Obligations.
