Project Implementing Unit definition

Project Implementing Unit or “PIU” means the project implementing unit referred to in section I.A.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Project Implementing Unit and “PIU” means the unit to be established in accordance with the provisions of Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Project Implementing Unit

Project Implementing Unit means the unit within the MINR referred to under Section I.A.1(a) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Project Implementing Unit means Unidade Gestora do Projeto, the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 (a) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project Implementing Unit and the acronym “PIU” mean the unit established in 2000 and reassigned to MMRE through MMRE Ministerial Order 32, dated November 29, 2004 as amended, in order to provide technical capacity for the implementation of the Original Project and to be maintained pursuant to Section I.A. sub-paragraph (b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement for purposes of the implementation of the Additional Activities.
