Property Documentation definition

Property Documentation means any and all technical records and other factual engineering data and information relating to the mineral property interests comprising the Property and including, without limitation, all plans, maps, agreements and records which are in the possession or control of any Party hereto;

  • Property Documents means, collectively, (a) the Leases, (b) the Contracts, and (c) any other documents or instruments which constitute, evidence or create any portion of the Property.

  • Security Documentation means the Security Documentation applicable to the specific Services purchased by Client, as updated from time to time, or as otherwise made reasonably available by IRONSCALES.

  • Phase I Environmental Report means a report by an Independent Person who regularly conducts environmental site assessments in accordance with then current standards imposed by institutional commercial mortgage lenders and who has a reasonable amount of experience conducting such assessments.
