Proprietary Database definition

Proprietary Database means any database owned, licensed or otherwise used by any Loan Party or any Subsidiary.

More Definitions of Proprietary Database

Proprietary Database means any Computer Database owned by any Issuer Party and used in connection with the operation of the Business. “Proprietary Software” means any Computer Software owned by any Issuer Party and used in connection with the operation of the Business.   • Proprietary Data means Data embodying trade secrets developed at private expense or commercial or financial information that is privileged or confidential, and that includes a restrictive notice, unless the Data is: a. known or available from other sources without restriction; b. known, possessed, or developed independently, and without reference to the Proprietary Data; c. made available by the owners to others without restriction; or d. required by law or court order to be disclosed.

  • Proprietary Information shall have the same meaning as Confidential Information.

  • Proprietary means goods or services of a specialized nature, that may be made or marketed by a person or persons having the exclusive right to make or sell them, when the need for such goods or services has been certified in writing by the Board to be necessary for the conduct of its affairs.
