Proprietary Databases definition

Proprietary Databases means any material non-public proprietary database or information repository that is owned by or licensed to the Company or any Subsidiary or with respect to which the Company or any Subsidiary is authorized or granted rights under or to.
Proprietary Databases means any material non-public proprietary database or information repository that is owned by the Borrower or any Subsidiary or that the Borrower or any Subsidiary is licensed, authorized or otherwise granted rights under or to.
