Protection of Improvements. So far as practicable, Purchaser shall protect roads and other improvements (such as trails, roads, telephone lines, ditches, fences, electrical lines, gas lines, buildings and etc.) existing in the operating area. These improvements shall be kept reasonably free of equipment and products, slash, and debris resulting from Purchaser’s Operations. Purchaser shall make timely restoration of any such improvements damaged by Purchaser’s operations. When necessary because of operations, Purchaser shall move such improvements. To keep fences, roads, and stream courses free from tree tops and other logging debris at all times. Rocked roads are never to be rutted or to be contaminated with mud or soil. Protection of Land Survey Monuments: Purchaser is to protect all known survey monuments. If damage occurs to Property Survey monuments, signs, corners and etc. Purchaser will restore by hiring a licensed surveyor to reestablish or restore at the same location the monuments, corners or accessories.
