Examples of Qualifying Action in a sentence
Customers who visit Advertiser’s website or otherwise complete a Qualifying Action will be deemed to be customers of Advertiser and accordingly, all of Advertiser’s rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and sales will apply to those customers.
Subject to completion of all requirements, commissions will be paid to you 45-60 days following the Qualifying Action, or as communicated to you in the Program Platform or in the Handbook.
From time to time, we may post offers (“Offers”) through an affiliate network or other affiliate program participation platform (collectively, an “Affiliate Network”) to pay you a specific commission in return for certain advertising services leading to a Qualifying Action (defined below).
We agree to pay to you the commission specified in the Offer once a customer completes a Qualifying Action (defined below) using the Qualifying Link (defined below) displayed from your site or Qualifying Code shared by you.
