Reference Issuer definition

Reference Issuer means the entity specified as the issuer of the relevant Other Security within the Product Terms.
Reference Issuer means, with respect to a Reference Share, the Reference Issuer specified on the cover page of the relevant Pricing Supplement. Following an All-Share Merger Event with respect to the Reference Issuer of a Reference Share, the applicable “Reference Issuer” shall refer to the issuer of the related New Reference Shares.
Reference Issuer means the reference issuer specified in the Final Terms. Each Reference Issuer shall be an entity incorporated under the laws of one of the following jurisdictions: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or such other jurisdiction as may be selected by the Arranger in relation to any Series of Notes from time to time and shall have equity shares listed on a stock exchange.

More Definitions of Reference Issuer

Reference Issuer means, unless otherwise defined in Base Condition 1, with respect to an Other Security, the entity specified as the issuer of such Other Security in the definition of Underlying.
