CIBC will not perform any due diligence investigation or review of the Underlying Interests, or, in the case of Index-Linked Notes, ETF-Linked Notes and Fund-Linked Notes, the securities included in the Underlying Interests, as applicable, or the Index Sponsor, Reference Issuer, or Fund Advisor, as applicable.
Additionally, a Reference Security may be suspended or delisted in circumstances including, but not limited to, a failure by the Reference Issuer to abide by the Reference Security Exchange’s listing requirements.
