Regular Run definition

Regular Run means a transportation route, established by the Employer, for transporting students to and from their residences in connection with regularly conducted academic programming within the School District.
Regular Run means a work assignment which is included, by the management, in a posted breakdown of operating schedules and contains regular working time and regular pay time.
Regular Run shall refer to any run that is continuous and consistent on a weekly basis.

  • The Board shall pay the employees at the Regular Run rate of pay for all time worked for any job related duties beyond their regular contracted time, which are required of the Employee by the Board.

  • Definition Regular Run Driver - A driver whose regular assignment is driving the same regular route every morning and afternoon.

  • The employee may continue to use seniority for the Extra-Board while waiting for the Regular Run operator bid.

  • District Regular Run" Any run based on transporting District students to District sites.

Regular Run shall refer to any run that is continuous and consistent on a weekly basis. The Climax-Scotts Community Schools Board of Education recognizes the Climax-Scotts Bus Drivers’ Association as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative of the employees for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, or other conditions of employment.

Related to Regular Run

  • Regular Season means, with respect to any Season, the period beginning on the first day and ending on the last day of regularly scheduled (as opposed to exhibition or playoff) competition between NBA Teams.

  • Regular Shipper means (i) a Committed Shipper, and (ii) a Shipper that has Actual Shipments in each of the twelve months of the Base Period. A Regular Shipper described in clause (ii) ceases to be a Regular Shipper if it has no Actual Shipments for one or more months out of the Base Period, and thereafter, that Shipper will be treated as a New Shipper unless and until it meets Regular Shipper criteria.

  • Regular Hours means the hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday, excluding the following holidays: Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

  • Regular Period means each period from (and including) the Issue Date or any Interest Payment Date to (but excluding) the next Interest Payment Date.

  • Regular Member means any Member, excluding the Managing Member and any Special Members.
