Release Documentation definition

Release Documentation means the documentation listed in Schedule 6.1(j) providing for the termination and release of the Released Liens, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Release Documentation means deeds of release or other binding documentation from the applicable lenders and obligees (which in the case of the Credit Agreement shall be the administrative agent thereunder), in form and substance satisfactory to Purchaser, evidencing (i) the repayment in full of all Credit Agreement Debt upon payment of the Credit Agreement Debt Amount, (ii) the termination of all Credit Agreement Debt and all obligations of any Group Company related thereto upon payment of the Credit Agreement Debt Amount and (iii) the full and irrevocable release and discharge of all Encumbrances on or over the Sale Shares or any Assets or securities of a Group Company related to the Credit Agreement Debt upon payment of the Credit Agreement Debt Amount;
Release Documentation shall be the documentation which NOF shall provide to Ascendis following NOF’s internal release of the Product. Such documentation shall contain the following: Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Certificate of Conformity (CoC), list of deviations and out of specification (OOS) results, version history for Master Batch Record, certificates of origin in English. Further details on the requirements for such documentation are specified in the Quality Agreement (Appendix 3).

More Definitions of Release Documentation

Release Documentation is defined in Section 6.12.
Release Documentation means, for any Batch, the certificate of analysis, confirmation of compliance (as set forth in the Quality Agreement) and such further documentation as outlined/listed in the Quality Agreement as being made available concurrently with the Manufacturer’s Release that are necessary to confirm that each Batch of Product shipped has been subject to required quality tests and release and stability testing and is in compliance with the applicable Specifications.
Release Documentation shall be the documentation which Carbogen shall provide to Ascendis following Carbogen’s internal release of the Product. Such documentation shall at least contain a batch summary with certificates of conformance and list of deviations. Further details on the requirements for such documentation are specified in the Quality Agreement (Appendix 4).
Release Documentation means those written documents, including without limitation an executed batch record, prepared by Patheon and delivered to Client upon release of Product by Patheon hereunder that list the items tested, Specifications and test results and certify that the specific lot or batch of Product listed therein conforms to Specifications and was manufactured and tested in accordance with GMPs (if required under the applicable Project Proposal), any other Applicable Laws and this Contract (including the Quality Agreement) and consistent with the batch record.
Release Documentation means, with respect to each amount of Product delivered hereunder to Onyx (or a third party designated by Onyx in writing), Batch identification, certificate of analysis and certificate of compliance for the Product, a copy of the corresponding Batch records, and any other information required by the applicable agreed-upon Purchase Order or by the Quality Agreement.
Release Documentation means customary release documentation (in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Purchaser) evidencing release of (a) all obligations under the Parent Credit Agreement of the Transferred Companies, in each case, to the extent a Transferred Company is an obligor (whether primary or otherwise) in respect of the Parent Credit Agreement and (b) any Liens on the assets or equity interests of a Transferred Company granted in connection with the Parent Credit Agreement.
Release Documentation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9.
