Certificate of Conformity Clause Samples

A Certificate of Conformity clause requires one party, typically a supplier or manufacturer, to provide formal documentation confirming that goods or services meet specified standards or regulatory requirements. In practice, this means the supplier must issue a certificate—often before delivery or acceptance—attesting that the products comply with relevant laws, industry standards, or contract specifications. This clause ensures that the buyer receives compliant goods, reducing the risk of non-conformance and facilitating regulatory or quality assurance processes.
