Certificate of Conformity. Signature of the consignment note by the contracting authority, as provided for in point (c) of Article II.4.11 is simply an acknowledgment of the fact that that the delivery took place and in no way implies conformity of the supplies with the specific contract. Conformity of the supplies delivered must be evidenced by the signature of a certificate to this effect by the contracting authority no later than one month after the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified in the special conditions or in the tender specifications. Conformity must be declared only where the conditions laid down in the FWC and in the specific contract are satisfied and the supplies conform to the tender specifications. If, for reasons attributable to the contractor, the contracting authority is unable to accept the supplies, the contractor must be notified in writing at the latest by the deadline for conformity.

Certificate of Conformity. Where required in Schedule 3 (Contract Data Sheet) the Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Conformity (CofC) in accordance with Schedule 2 (Schedule of Requirements) and any applicable Quality Plan. One copy of the CofC shall be sent to the Authority’s Representative (Commercial) upon Delivery, and one copy shall be provided to the Consignee upon Delivery. The Contractor shall consider the CofC to be a record in accordance with clause A23 (Contractor’s Records). The Information provided on the CofC shall include: Contractor’s name and address; Contractor unique CofC number; Contract number and where applicable Contract amendment number; Details of any approved concessions; Acquirer name and organisation; Delivery address; Contract Item Number from Schedule 2 (Schedule of Requirements); Description of Contractor Deliverable, including part number, Specification and configuration status; Identification marks, batch and serial numbers in accordance with the Specification; Quantities; A signed and dated statement by the Contractor that the Contractor Deliverables comply with the requirements of the Contract and approved concessions. Exceptions or additions to the above are to be documented.

The Information provided on the CofC shall include: (1) Contractor’s name and address; (2) Contractor unique CofC number; (3) Contract number and where applicable Contract amendment number; (4) details of any approved concessions; (5) acquirer name and organisation; (6) Delivery address; (7) Contract Item Number from Schedule 2 (Schedule of Requirements); (8) description of Contractor Deliverable, including part number, specification and configuration status; (9) NATO Stock Number (NSN) (where allocated); (10) identification marks, batch and serial numbers in accordance with the Specification; (11) quantities; (12) a signed and dated statement by the Contractor that the Contractor Deliverables comply with the requirements of the Contract and approved concessions. Exceptions or additions to the above are to be documented. e. Where Schedule 2 (Schedule of Requirements) and any applicable Quality Plan require demonstration of traceability and design provenance through the supply chain the Contractor shall include in any relevant subcontract the requirement for the Information called for at clause 26.

Certificate of Conformity. A Certificate of Conformity granted to a producer is valid from the date of issue until the expiry date with its maintenance being subject to satisfactory performance assessed at a frequency determined by Standard or Scheme requirements.

Certificate of Conformity a. The Information provided on the CofC shall include: (1) Contractor’s name and address; (2) Contractor unique CofC number; (3) Contract number and where applicable Contract amendment number and/or CP&F (Contracting, Purchasing and Finance) Purchase Order Number; (4) Details of any approved concessions (clearly linked to the relevant item); (5) Acquirer name and organisation; (6) Delivery address; (7) Contract Item Number from Schedule 2 (Schedule of Requirements); (8) Line item numbers when there is more than one line item on the CofC; (9) Description of Contractor Deliverable, including part number, specification and configuration status; (10) NATO Stock Number (NSN) (where allocated); (11) Identification marks, batch and serial numbers in accordance with the Specification; (12) Quantities; (13) A signed and dated statement by the Contractor’s Authorised Personnel that the Contractor Deliverables comply with the requirements of the Contract and approved concessions. The signing of the CofC may be in the form of a signature or traceable stamp. The Contractor’s Authorised Personnel shall mean a competent person appointed and authorised by the Contractor to sign a CofC. (14) Exceptions or additions to the above are to be documented. e.
