The Restricted Global Class A-1 Note and the Restricted Global Class A-2 Note are collectively referred to herein as the "Restricted Global Class A Notes".
Class A Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.
Restricted Global Notes means the Rule 144A Global Notes and the Regulation S Global Notes, all of which shall bear the Private Placement Legend.
Class B Notes means any one of the Notes executed by the Issuer and authenticated by or on behalf of the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2.
Class A-2a Notes means the 4.67% Class A-2a Asset-backed Notes issued by the Issuer pursuant to the Indenture in the initial aggregate principal amount of $355,870,000.
Unrestricted Global Notes means Global Notes that are not required to bear, or are not subject to, the Restricted Notes Legend.
