Sandbox Availability definition

Sandbox Availability means the time during a given calendar month the Sandbox Environment is available to Customer, excluding interruptions caused by Excluded Problems.
Sandbox Availability means, on and after the first date Customer makes the Ascendon System available to its Consumers, the time during a given calendar month the Sandbox Environment is available to Customer, excluding interruptions caused by Excluded Problems. CSG shall provide Sandbox Availability of 98% (as measured over a calendar month) (the “Sandbox Availability SLA”).

Examples of Sandbox Availability in a sentence

  • Except for the revised definitions below, the Definitions of Section 1 of Attachment 4 are hereby incorporated into this Attachment 4-A and shall apply to the calculation of the Sandbox Availability SLA and any Service Interruption Credit provided below.

  • These hosting and support services are provided in a manner to facilitate Customer’s permissible testing of its instance of the Content Direct Services and meet the Sandbox Availability commitments of the Sandbox Environment.

Related to Sandbox Availability

  • System Availability means, with respect to any particular calendar month, the ratio obtained by subtracting Unscheduled Downtime during such month from the Total Monthly Time, and thereafter dividing the difference so obtained by the Total Monthly Time. Represented algebraically, System Availability for any particular calendar month is determined as follows:

  • Required Availability means Excess Availability and unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents in an amount of not less than $5,000,000.

  • General Availability means the date a version of Software was first made available to be licensed by Sandvine customers.

  • Service Availability The total number of minutes in a calendar quarter that the Tyler Software is capable of receiving, processing, and responding to requests, excluding maintenance windows, Client Error Incidents and Force Majeure.

  • Maximum Availability has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.
