Schedule Page definition

Schedule Page means the letter you received with this Agreement which states your name, address, building type, what lines and/or systems you enrolled in a Protection Plan, and the applicable Limits of Protection for each Protected Line and/or Protected System you have enrolled.
Schedule Page. The Schedule Page provided by the Seller along with the Agreement where information regarding You, the Agreement and coverage is shown.
Schedule Page means the pages designated as such which immediately follow this agreement's initial, manually signed cover page.

  • WHAT IS COVERED: Service performed hereunder shall consist of labor and parts necessary to restore or replace Your wireless product and similar wireless equipment as listed on the Schedule Page to normal operating condition, up to the maximum number of replacements established in the Schedule page, within a twelve (12) month period beginning on the date of loss of the first replacement under the program.

  • Protection starts on the Contract Start Date as shown on the Schedule Page.

  • The rate and frequency of deduction of charges are stated on the Schedule Page.

  • For all protections, we will only pay up to the limits set forth in each Protection Plan’s Limit of Protection, as set forth on your Schedule Page.

  • MAXIMUM MGIB BASE The Maximum MGIB Base is shown or defined on the Schedule Page.

  • If you have a product to which an administration charge applies, then whenever you request service, a charge in the amount set forth on your Schedule Page will apply and must be paid up front via credit/debit card before any service call is scheduled.

  • You must call us at the telephone number set forth on your Schedule Page to notify us of any protected item’s failure as soon as you discover it and before your protection period expires.

  • Title Page means, for a printed book, the title page itself, plus such following pages as are needed to hold, legibly, the material this License requires to appear in the title page. For works in formats which do not have any title page as such, “Title Page” means the text near the most prominent appearance of the work’s title, preceding the beginning of the body of the text.

  • Home Page means the Borrower’s corporate home page on the World Wide Web accessible through the Internet via the universal resource locator (URL) identified as ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or such other universal resource locator that it shall designate in writing to the Agent as its corporate home page on the World Wide Web.

  • Cover Page means the front page of this Agreement.

  • Schedule E means internal revenue service schedule E (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Schedule A has the meaning specified in Section 2.3(a);
