Secure server means a server owned or operated by the Content Platform Company, which is only accessible to Authorised Users and whose identity is authenticated at the time of login and periodically thereafter consistent with current best practice, and whose conduct is subject to regulation by the Content Platform Company. The Secure Server shall be designed, maintained and administered at all times by professionally trained and experienced network professionals to protect access to and the transmission of the Materials or portions thereof.

For these purposes, COMPANY may construct, operate, repair, and maintain NETWORK in, on, over, under, and across the Public Grounds and Public Ways of CITY, subject to the provisions of this Agreement. COMPANY may do all reasonable actions necessary or customary to accomplish these purposes, subject, however, to such reasonable regulations as may be imposed by the CITY pursuant to Agreement and to the further provisions of this franchise agreement.

Secure server means an SMS EXPERT Server that has a recognised digital certificate installed to allow SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption; “Services” means any products or services provided by SMS EXPERT to the Customer under this Agreement, the Appendices or any Addendums to this Agreement including but not limited to the sending and receiving of sms text messages and mms picture messages. A product or service may include web-based solutions, API’s and software and these may be offered generally to all Customers or as a bespoke offering to a specific Customer; “Shortcode” a short number, usually but not always five digits long operated by SMS EXPERT which may be used for Customers or a Customers users to send keywords and other sms text messages to. The combination of a shortcode and keyword creates an SMS Expert mobile domain name;
