Series C Conversion Price definition

Series C Conversion Price means the price at which Ordinary Shares shall be deliverable upon conversion of the Series C Preferred Shares as stipulated in Article 16.
Series C Conversion Price means a price that initially equals to the Original Series C Issue Price, and shall be adjusted from time to time as provided below in Clause 9 (d)(iv) of the Memorandum.
Series C Conversion Price shall initially be the Series C Original Issue Price. Such initial Series C Conversion Price and the rate at which Series C Preferred Shares may be converted into Common Shares, shall be subject to adjustment as provided below.

  • Dividends hereunder shall be payable in shares of Common Stock (calculated based upon the then effective Series C Conversion Price), as accrued, upon the conversion of the Series C Stock into Common Stock.

More Definitions of Series C Conversion Price

Series C Conversion Price shall initially equal the Original Series C Issue Price and the “Series D Conversion Price” shall initially equal the Original Series D Issue Price, each of which shall be adjusted from time to time as provided below in Clause 9(d)(v).
Series C Conversion Price has the meaning set forth in Section 6(a) of the Statement of Designations.
Series C Conversion Price means an amount initially equal to $2.02 (subject to appropriate adjustment in the event of any stock dividend, stock split, combination or other similar recapitalization affecting such shares).

Series C Conversion Price means Fifty Cents ($0.50), or such other dollar amount (or fraction thereof) into which such Series C Conversion Price may be adjusted pursuant to Article IX of this Certificate of Designations.
Series C Conversion Price means, on a per share basis, the Series C Original Issue Price, subject to adjustment as set forth in Section 7(d).
