Server Cluster definition

Server Cluster means two or more Customer servers including a License Server upon which the Software is installed and which are dedicated solely for the use of the Software;
Server Cluster means one or more computers, either physical or virtual, that reads and executes the Software. The terms of this Agreement apply to Your Use of the Software and Documentation whether such has been provided by Blue Planet, or by means an authorized reseller, distributor or systems integrator.
Server Cluster means a group of linked servers, working together closely and deployed to improve performance and/or availability over that provided by a single server.

  • Subject to your payment of the applicable Fees and compliance with this Agreement, Blue Planet grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to Use the object code form of the Software, and the Documentation, solely for your internal use, on a single Server Cluster (and a georedundant Server Cluster, if ordered), in accordance with its intended purpose as set forth in the Documentation.

  • The initial installation of Goods shall consist of the configuration and installation of Software for two Alerting Servers, two Voice Servers and one Database Server Cluster, as set forth in Appendix B (collectively, the "Initial Software").

  • As soon as the Software is transferred to a Server Cluster other than the one originally communicated to EXASOL, EXASOL is to be informed of the respective serial numbers of the servers in the case of physical hardware and the location of the new Server Cluster.

  • If the Software is to be transferred to a Server Cluster that is located outside of the United States, EXASOL reserves the right to object.
