Service Level Default definition

Service Level Default means, in respect of each Deliverable, a failure by the Service Provider to meet a service level target.
Service Level Default is defined in Section 8.
Service Level Default means an occurrence of Provider’s failure to meet any Service Level.

Examples of Service Level Default in a sentence

  • Failure to meet any of the Service Levels set forth below shall be a Service Level Default.

  • Supplier shall promptly investigate the causes of the Service Level Default.

  • The plan shall include the reasons for the Service Level Default, a root cause analysis and outcomes, and the remedial efforts to be undertaken.

  • Upon receipt of such notice, Entrust will verify the accuracy of details provided by Customer against its service logs to determine, acting reasonably, whether a Service Level Default has or has not occurred, and will provide details relating to the cause of the Service Level Default to Customer within thirty (30) days from the date of notification.

  • For each Service Level Default, the Service Provider shall pay to DIR, subject to Section 6 below, a Service Level Credit that will be computed in accordance with the following formula: A = The Allocation of the Pool Percentage specified for the Performance Category in which the Service Level Default occurred as shown in Attachment 3-A.


More Definitions of Service Level Default

Service Level Default means an instance when Entrust’s level of performance has failed to meet the Service Commitment.
Service Level Default has the meaning set forth in Exhibit 3.
Service Level Default means, with regard to any Service Level (including Critical Service Levels and Special Service Levels), (i) a failure by First Data to perform at the level that meets the corresponding Service Level during any particular Measurement Period, or (ii) to properly monitor or measure any Service Level.
Service Level Default mean an instance where Entrust has failed to meet any Service Level Target.
Service Level Default will be deemed to occur whenever Nuggets’ level of per- formance for a particular Service Category fails to meet the Minimum Service Level designated for that Service Category in the table below. Penalties for Service Level Defaults are described in Section 2 (c) below..
Service Level Default means Supplier’s level of performance for a particular Service Level fails to meet the applicable Target Level for such Service Level during the applicable Measurement Window.
