Service Usage Data definition
Service Usage Data means any data that is derived from the use of the Products except that to the extent such data could directly or indirectly identify a natural person it shall be anonymized, de-identified, and/or aggregated such that it could no longer directly or indirectly identify such natural person.

Service Usage Data means anonymized data gathered as a result of Tierra monitoring the use of the Service by all Users. Such information includes but is not limited to account type, device type, browser version and duration. These data points and similar data points assist Tierra in monitoring the Service for security and infrastructure stability.

For the avoidance of doubt and without limitation, the structures of databases, APIs, user interface designs, and graphic designs used within the Software, as well as the Service Usage Data and the Documentation, shall constitute CUBE Materials.
In the event that any non- compliance is discovered, either through the Audit or the Service Usage Data, the Customer shall rectify such non-compliance (including any underpayment of Fees) within fifteen (15) days of notice from CUBE requiring the same.
Such Service Usage Data may be used by CUBE for statistical analysis, for improvement of the Service and Support Services, for billing, and for monitoring of the Customer’s and its Authorised Users’ compliance with this Agreement.

Service Usage Data means any data that is derived from the use of the Services that does not directly or indirectly identify you, your End Users, or any natural person and includes (a) data such as volumes, frequencies, bounce rates, and Service performance data and (b) subject to any restrictions under applicable law or regulation, data that is anonymized, de-identified, and/or aggregated such that it could no longer directly or indirectly identify you, your End Users, or any natural person.
Service Usage Data means Information on used products and services, quantities and types of stated goods, and all of the related information needed for the provisioning of the products and services through ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.

Third Party Services are governed by a separate agreement between you and the third-party provider. “Twilio Acceptable Use Policy” means certain terms relating to the use of the Services, including the Service and Country Specific Requirements set forth therein, the current version of which is available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/legal/aup. “Twilio Data Protection Addendum” means the personal data processing-related terms for the Services, the current version of which is available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/legal/data- protection-addendum. “Twilio Security Overview” means the security-related terms for the Services, the current version of which is available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/legal/security-overview. “Twilio SLA” means the service level agreement for the Services, the current version of which is available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/legal/service-level-agreement. Any capitalized term not defined in this Section 1 will have the meaning provided in this Agreement.
Service Usage Data means data and telemetry collected by us relating to your or your authorized users’ use of the Tyler Software and/or SaaS Services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.
