Shared Components definition

Shared Components shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 1.83 of the Declaration.
Shared Components means those finished goods, sub-assemblies, and parts listed on Schedule 1.1(m).
Shared Components means the components of the System that are jointly owned by System Owners as more fully defined in the Garland/Mesquite Radio System ▇▇▇. The term shall also mean the components of the System that will be owned by System Owners, but also used to support the operations of Sachse.

  • DCC and HTI will jointly determine the final technical specifications for the modifications made on all Shared Components for DCC Vehicles in support of the PASS Service.

  • At the end of each Operating Year, any amounts remaining in the Shared Components Reserve Fund shall be carried forward to the next Operating Year pursuant to the Project Budget.

  • During each Operating Year, Operator shall, for each Accounting Month included in such Operating Year, pay into a reserve fund (the “Shared Components Reserve Fund”) a portion of the Common Expenses collected by Operator sufficient to facilitate the repair, replacement, improvement and maintenance of the Shared Components, in accordance with the Condominium Documents and the Project Budgets (the “Replacement Reserve Amount”).

  • Owner shall, within ten (10) days after written notice from Operator, provide Operator with all funds necessary pursuant to this Section 10.5 if adequate funds are not otherwise available from the Shared Components Reserve Fund and the Operating Account.


More Definitions of Shared Components

Shared Components means the improvements constituting the Common Elements, Residential Units and the Hotel Unit which have been, or shall be, constructed as a single structure and operated as an integrated project. Given the integration of the structure of those improvements, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary depicted on the survey/plot plan attached hereto as Exhibit “2”, the following components of the Improvements (the “Shared Components”) shall be deemed part of the Shared Components of the Hotel Unit, whether or not graphically depicted as such on said survey/plot plan: any and all structural components of the Improvements, including, without limitation, all exterior block walls and all finishes (glass, paint, stucco, etc.) and balconies, terraces and/or facades attached or affixed thereto; the roof; all roof trusses, roof support elements and roofing insulation; all utility, mechanical, electrical, telephonic, telecommunications, plumbing, telephone switchboard, Life Safety Systems and other systems, including, without limitation, all wires, conduits, pipes, ducts, transformers, cables and other apparatus used in the delivery of the utility, mechanical, telephonic, telecommunications, electrical, plumbing, Life Safety Systems and/or other systems; all heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, including, without limitation, compressors, air handlers, ducts, chillers, water towers and other apparatus used in the delivery of HVAC services; all elevator shafts, elevator cabs, elevator cables and/or systems and/or equipment used in the operation of the elevators transversing the Condominium Property; and all trash rooms and any and all trash collection and/or disposal systems. In addition, the Shared Components include use rights in and to the following areas and/or facilities (together with a license for reasonable pedestrian access thereto, as determined by the Hotel Operator): the main hotel lobby and the fitness center, if any, which may be located from time to time within the Improvements constructed upon the Hotel Unit. Notwithstanding anything herein, or in any of the exhibits hereto, contained to the contrary, the Shared Components shall be deemed part of the Hotel Unit.
