Site Employees definition

Site Employees means employees whose primary employment obligations are those related to the Assets and the Business of the Acquired Company.
Site Employees means those employees of the University and each Site RO engaged in or supporting Institute funded activities at the Site from time to time;
Site Employees is defined in Section 4.17(a). “Subject Employee” means those certain employees listed on Schedule 7.13.

More Definitions of Site Employees

Site Employees means all employees of the Seller immediately prior to the Closing Date whose job location is at a Seller Property.
Site Employees means employees whose remuneration is calculated on an hourly basis not withstanding the frequency of the payment thereof, and who is not a ‘salaried employee’.

Related to Site Employees

  • Active Employees means all employees employed on the Closing Date by Seller for its business who are employed exclusively in Seller’s business as currently conducted, including employees on temporary leave of absence, including family medical leave, military leave, temporary disability or sick leave, but excluding employees on long-term disability leave.

  • Retained Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(a).

  • Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:

  • Part-Time Employees means employees employed on a permanent basis, but obligated to work less than a full (i.e., forty-hour) work week.

  • Hired Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.5(a).
