Software Development Tools definition

Software Development Tools means the software libraries (“Cadence Software Libraries”), software development tools (including any Open Source Licensed Tools), and executable software elements, and, if applicable, is identified in the applicable Order and provided by Cadence to Licensee under this Agreement.
Software Development Tools means all compilers, linkers, routines, subroutines, and other programs that are used by IONA to perform the Services. "Training Offer" means the description of the services to be performed by IONA for Client (see above).
Software Development Tools means all development tools (software in object code and documentation as softcopy and/or hardcopy) provided by NTT DATA in connection with the Software for Non-Productive Use in the development of extensions based on the relevant Agreements. The Software Development Tools may include the Software Development Kit development version ("SDK") or may be included in the licensed workbench. The term "Software Development Tools" includes (i) all Releases, versions, or correction levels of a Software Development Tool and (ii) all complete or partial copies thereof.

Software Development Tools means the software development tools, graphical user interface tools, and support libraries provided by Cadence to Licensee under this Agreement.
Software Development Tools means any development tool (software in object code as well as Documentation in softcopy and/or hardcopy) provided by Licensor in relation to the Software for Non-Productive Uses in the development of Extensions on the basis of the respective software supply agreements ("Software Development Tools License Agreements"). The Software Development Tools may include the Software Development Kit Development Version ("SDK") or maybe included with the licensed ABAP workbench. The term "Software Development Tools" includes (i) any releases, versions, or correction levels of such Software Development Tools; and (ii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.
Software Development Tools means the development tools for the [ *** ] as defined in Exhibit A-4. [***]. Certain information in this letter has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested by Spreadtrum Communications, Inc. with respect to the omitted portions.

Related to Software Development Tools

  • Development Tools means the development kits, programming tools, emulators and other materials that may be used in the development of Games under this Agreement.

  • Development Tool Kit means a DS Offering specifically designed for application or content development. A Development Tool Kit is either identified (i) with “CAA” or “ENOVIA Studio” in the DS Offering name, or (ii) in the Transaction Document and/or the Product Portfolio. Extended Enterprise User means an employee of Customer’s affiliate(s), supplier(s) and/or customer(s) authorized to use Customer’s DS Offering for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the Extended Enterprise User(s) to conduct business with Customer. The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) 1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and 2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.

  • Software Products means the INSOURCE software products made available to the Licensee under the Agreement.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
