Space Assignments definition

Space Assignments. SCA shall use its best efforts to locate the Booth(s) in one of the locations as designated by Exhibitor in the Contract attached hereto. Notwithstanding the above, SCA reserves the right to change location assignments at any time, as it may in its sole discretion deem necessary. Space will be assigned on a seniority basis at the Exposition with remaining spaces assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Special consideration will be given to unique problems. Mail-in requests for exhibit space will not be considered without appropriate deposit enclosed.

Space Assignments. Booths are assigned on the following criteria: Multiple booths will receive preference in regards to location (requires a signed contract). Exhibitors from last year have first right of refusal for their space. Every effort will be made to accommodate all requests on a first come-first served basis. Booth number confirmation will be made only after receipt of payment alongside this completed contract, the exhibit space will be confirmed by mail. Please reserve early as availability is limited.

Space Assignments. A booth space consists of one or more 15’ x 20’ areas (at $150 or $200 per 15’ x 20’ area). Booth assignments will be made only after payment is received and will be made in the sole and absolute discretion of the Organizer and based on space requirements, products to be sold and with consideration of the overall best interest of the Event. All booth and exhibit materials must remain within the dimensions of the booth, obstruction of walkways or general views of the event or other exhibiting companies will not be allowed.

Space Assignments. The Room and Board Contract entitles residents to a space on campus, not a specific room or apartment. The University reserves the right to make and alter housing assignments and billing, or consolidate persons paying less than full value and/or to maximize occupancy of the space. Consolidation may occur before and/or during occupancy. This Room and Board Contract is not assignable, and subletting is prohibited. The only person(s) who may reside in the room are those who have been assigned to it by the University. The University will not guarantee a student’s space if not occupied on the first Friday of that semester’s classes by 4:30 p.m. Returning students must be registered by August 1 (in good financial standing). Residence Life will not assign roommates based on race, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation. A resident who refuses to accept a roommate, or in the judgment of the University, attempts to force a roommate out of a shared premises may face disciplinary sanctions including paying the cost of the vacancy. After day of opening, no room changes may occur until after the third week of each semester without approval by the designee. Room changes must be approved by the Office of Residence Life. Students may request to be placed on a preferred housing wait list after their initial assignment has been confirmed.

Space Assignments. All spaces are located on grass/gravel. All spaces are vehicle accessible for setup, which you may begin at 7:00 AM on Saturday, October 22, 2016 (or earlier if you contact us). Vehicles must be cleared from vendor area by 9:30 AM. Vendors are responsible for their own tents (white tents only) tables and displays. Electricity will not be provided.
