Support Requests definition

Support Requests means a request by the State to Vendor related to the Application Services, Systems(s), or related Deliverables being un-Available.
Support Requests means a request for assistance to resolve a problem involving unexpected behavior, poor performance or system crash of the Software or a request for support that involves no modifications to application code, such as a question.
Support Requests means a request made by the Client for support in relation to the Support Services

Examples of Support Requests in a sentence

  • They will not include Support Requests that are resolved by other organizations.

  • For Severity 1 Error and Severity 2 Error Support Requests, 24-hour support is available via telephone, Support Portal or email.

More Definitions of Support Requests

Support Requests means service support calls or online support tickets initiated by Customer where the underlying issue is determined to reside in Customer’s host environment (not in the Application Acceleration Services or Application Acceleration Services network) or other requests outside the scope of support. Additional Support Requests beyond those included in a particular Service package may be subject to Application Acceleration Services standard rates.

Related to Support Requests
