Surrender Date means the date upon which all of the following shall have occurred: (i) Tenant shall have surrendered to Landlord vacant possession of the Premises in the condition required under the terms of the Lease, (ii) Landlord shall have received a surrender agreement in the form annexed as Exhibit A (the “Surrender Agreement”) duly executed and acknowledged by Tenant and (iii) Landlord shall have received all keys and combinations to the Premises.
