Task Work Order definition

Task Work Order. A Task Work Order issued by NYSERDA pursuant to Exhibit A of this Agreement, specifically a Task Work Order Plan approved by NYSERDA. Task Work Order Plan: The statement of work and budget for a project proposed by the Contractor. Work: The Work described in the Exhibit A and in individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement (including the procurement of equipment and supplies in connection therewith) and the performance of all other requirements imposed upon the Contractor under this Agreement.
Task Work Order. A written Task Work Order issued by NY Green Bank pursuant to Exhibit A of this Agreement, including an approved Budget and Statement of Work. Work: The Work described in the Exhibit A and individual Task Work Orders (including the procurement of equipment and supplies in connection therewith) and the performance of all other requirements imposed upon the Contractor under this Agreement.
Task Work Order means a Work Order that is based on specific tasks.

Examples of Task Work Order in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall not accrue billable costs beyond the not-to-exceed cost cap in the Task Work Order without approval in writing by NYSERDA.

  • The Task Work Order budget must state a not-to-exceed cost cap or ceiling amount for each Task Work Order assignment.

  • The completion of each Task Work Order shall be subject to acceptance by NYSERDA in writing of all deliverables as defined in the Task Work Order.

  • To the extent Cash-based Expenses are incurred by the Contractor, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary actual direct costs incurred (e.g., equipment, supplies, travel and other costs directly associated with the performance of the Agreement) to the extent required in the performance of the Work and to the extent such costs are anticipated in the budget for each Task Work Order.

  • It is understood and agreed that the delivery of the draft and final versions of such deliverables by the Contractor shall occur in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements of each Task Work Order.

  • The acceptance by the Contractor of final payment from NYSERDA under each Task Work Order issued pursuant to this Agreement shall release NYSERDA from all claims and liability that the Contractor, its representatives and assigns might otherwise have relating to the Task Work Order.

  • To the extent Cash-based Expenses are incurred by the Contractor, Contractor shall be reimbursed for amounts paid to its employees for the services performed by its employees under the terms of this Agreement at the lesser of the employee’s wage rate as shown in Exhibit F or the actual wages paid to the employee and applicable at the time the Task Work Order is performed.

  • The Contractor shall be reimbursed for fringe benefits, overhead, general and administrative (G&A), and other indirect costs, all at the fixed rate as shown in the budget for each Task Work Order.

  • Any costs or expenses not identified in the Task Work Order Contract as reimbursable are not reimbursable.

  • The Task Work Order Plan budget must state a not-to-exceed cost cap or ceiling amount for each project.

Related to Task Work Order

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities Grantee must perform to complete the Project, as specified in the Grant Agreement, and as may be amended.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.
