Task Work Order Plan definition

Task Work Order Plan. The statement of work and budget for a project proposed by the Contractor. Work: The Work described in the Exhibit A and in individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement (including the procurement of equipment and supplies in connection therewith) and the performance of all other requirements imposed upon the Contractor under this Agreement.

Examples of Task Work Order Plan in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall not be compensated for time spent in the preparation of any Task Work Order Plan.

  • Contractor fees for a project must be fully described in each Task Work Order Plan budget and must be approved by NYSERDA.

  • The Task Work Order Plan budget must state a not-to-exceed cost cap or ceiling amount for each project.

  • The Contractor shall not accrue billable costs beyond the not-to-exceed cost cap in the Task Work Order Plan without approval in writing by NYSERDA.

  • The Contractor shall then prepare a modification to the Task Work Order Plan.

  • If additional follow up activities should be required, a separate Task Work Order Plan will be developed to cover the activities.

  • If the response from the consultant is considered satisfactory, a written Task Work Order Plan will be completed (detailed below).

  • A specific Task Work Order Plan for each project to be conducted.

Related to Task Work Order Plan

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities Grantee must perform to complete the Project, as specified in the Grant Agreement, and as may be amended.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes and amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;
