The Contractor shall not be compensated for time spent in the preparation of any Task Work Order Plan.
Contractor fees for a project must be fully described in each Task Work Order Plan budget and must be approved by NYSERDA.
The Task Work Order Plan budget must state a not-to-exceed cost cap or ceiling amount for each project.
