  • The identity of the Technical Operator and any change thereto shall be subject to the prior approval of the Ministry in accordance with the Hydrocarbons Law.

  • Kosmos is designated as the IPT Technical Operator and agrees to act as such in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Technical Operator shall promptly provide Unit Operator with notice if Technical Operator reasonably anticipates that the limits of Article 9.7(A) will be exceeded with respect to Technical Operations, and with notice of the amounts of overexpenditures on Technical Operations when actually incurred, to permit Unit Operator to provide the necessary notice to the Unit Operating Committee.
