If there is a Token Generation Event prior to the expiration or termination of the Agreement, the Company will vest Tokens with the Purchaser in the amount equal to the Purchase Amount as per the terms set out in the Agreement.
The Company reserves the right to delete the Account within 24 months after a Token Generation Event or in cases where there is a reasonable suspicion of money laundering or terrorism financing in relation to activities undertaken by the Purchaser to which the Purchaser concluding the Agreement consents.
The Option 1 Purchased Tokens shall be released to the Purchaser on the date that is twelve (12) months following the date on which the Token Generation Event occurs.
The Option 3 Purchased Tokens shall be released to the Purchaser on the date on which the Token Generation Event occurs.
