Ultimate Configuration definition

Ultimate Configuration means the ultimate footprint of the Project with corresponding roadways (including Frontage Roads), interchanges and toll plazas as planned for and presented in the final environmental documents and NEPA Approvals. For the avoidance of doubt, the Ultimate Configuration includes (a) the IH 610 Interchange Work and (b) the General Purpose Lane Capacity Improvements.

  • The Owner acknowledges receipt from the Developer of Project plans and Ultimate Configuration documents as necessary to comply with the foregoing.

  • All Utility Adjustments undertaken to accommodate the Project in its interim configuration shall also accommodate the Ultimate Configuration.

  • Developer’s bridge span arrangement and foundation locations shall accommodate the Ultimate Configuration.

  • Direct-connect structures shall be constructed to satisfy the Ultimate Configuration.

  • In developing the design of drainage structures, Developer shall account for maximum anticipated loadings in both the interim configuration and Ultimate Configuration.


More Definitions of Ultimate Configuration

Ultimate Configuration means a future configuration for the Project that includes the addition of a mass transit system. Unavailable Term has the meaning set forth in Section 19.5.
