Verification Statement definition

Verification Statement means a verification statement within the meaning of the PPS Act.

Verification Statement means the final statement produced by a verification body attesting whether a report or fuel pathway application submitted by a responsible entity is free of or contains material misstatement and whether it does or does not conform to the applicable requirements.
