Common use of Abolishment of Position Clause in Contracts

Abolishment of Position. In the event that any administrative positions which are covered by this contract are abolished through district reorganization or some other reason, the incumbents will be given prime consideration for any other vacant position for which they are qualified, properly certified and/or legally eligible.
