Common use of Abolishment of Position Clause in Contracts

Abolishment of Position. In the event that an administrative position covered by this contract is to be eliminated, every effort will be made to notify the Administrator whose position is affected as soon as possible. Written notification will be given by the Superintendent of Schools, as soon as possible. Written notification will be given by September l0th for any position to be abolished at the end of the fall term and by February l0th for any position to be abolished at the end of the spring term.
