Common use of Acceptable Request Clause in Contracts

Acceptable Request. Any request for City’s consent to an encumbrance under this Section 8 shall at a minimum meet the following requirements: (a) the purpose of such encumbrance shall be to secure financing for the construction or purchase of Tenant Improvements; (b) such encumbrance shall only encumber Tenant’s leasehold interest and shall not encumber any other interest whatsoever; (c) the lienholder must agree to maintain current contact information with City at all times;
