Acceptance of Performance. If this Lease be assigned or if the Premises or any part thereof be sublet or occupied by anybody other than Tenant, Landlord may, after default by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, collect the rent from the assignee, subtenant or occupancy and apply the net amount collected to the rent herein reserved, but no such assignment, subletting, occupancy or collection shall be deemed an acceptance of the assignee, subtenant or occupant as the Tenant hereof, or constitute a release of Tenant from further performance by Tenant of the covenants on the part of Tenant herein contained.
Acceptance of Performance. Landlord may accept Rent or performance of Tenant's obligations from any person other than Tenant pending approval or disapproval of an assignment. Neither a delay in the approval or disapproval of such assignment nor the acceptance of Rent or of performance shall constitute a waiver or estoppel of Landlord's right to exercise its remedies for Tenant's default.
Acceptance of Performance. 8.1 Should it be requested by any of the Parties, a protocol on the acceptance of the Performance shall be written down, which shall be signed by both Parties.

Under the payment provisions of Section 7, Owner and Contractor agree that, upon satisfactory inspection by the Department of Community Development of the work performed with the materials selected by Owner, the Commissioner of Neighborhood Services or designee will approve payment for the completed work and disburse payment to Contractor. Owner understands and agrees that the City’s right to determine the satisfactory quality of the work is created only for the City’s purposes consistent with the City’s status as a third-party beneficiary as described in Section 21.2 of this Contract. The City will base acceptance of Contractor’s work upon whether the work meets the requirements of the Performance Standards and Specifications of the Division of Neighborhood Services’ General Specifications Manual, HUD standards, and protection of the City’s collateral. The City’s right to accept the Contractor’s work is not created for the purpose of enforcing Owner’s purposes and does not create a City duty or obligation to enforce Owner’s construction standards.

Acceptance of Performance. If this Lease be assigned or if the ------------------------- Premises or any part thereof be sublet or occupied by anybody other than Tenant, Landlord may, after a default by Tenant not cured within any applicable notice and cure period, collect the rent from the assignee, subtenant or occupant and apply the net amount collected to the rent or any other amounts owed by Tenant herein reserved retaining the remainder, if any, for the account of Tenant, but no such assignment, subletting, occupancy or collection shall be deemed an acceptance of the assignee, subtenant or occupant as the tenant hereof, or constitute a release of Tenant from further performance by Tenant of the covenants on the part of Tenant herein contained.
Acceptance of Performance. In case Tvarit is rendering performance-based Services as part of an Order, the following terms apply:
1. Partial Performance/Partial Acceptance of Performance: Where Tvarit has to render partial performances, these performances shall be accepted individually (partial acceptance of performance). The dates for the partial acceptances of performances are part of the agreed time schedule.
