PARTIAL PERFORMANCE Sample Clauses
The Partial Performance clause defines how obligations under a contract are handled when only part of the agreed work or service is completed. Typically, this clause outlines the rights and responsibilities of both parties in situations where full performance is not achieved, such as specifying payment for completed portions or setting conditions for acceptance of partial work. Its core function is to provide a fair and structured approach to compensating or addressing incomplete performance, thereby reducing disputes and clarifying expectations if the contract cannot be fully executed.
