Primary Task. The Youth Services Families in Transition Program (YSFIT) is designed to address the mental health needs of children and their families who are receiving services from the Families in Transition (FIT) program. FIT is a community based non-profit agency that provides transitional rental assistance and case management services to homeless or near homeless families with children throughout Santa ▇▇▇▇ County.
Primary Task. The Youth Services Homeless Student Counselor will provide mental health services to youth providing an array of case management and rehabilitative mental health services to identified youth, some of whom my become homeless or run-a-ways and who are all beneficiaries. These youth will be referred by the County Office of Education.
Primary Task. The Youth Services (YS) Vision Program staff will provide mental health services to court wards with emotional and behavioral disturbances and substance abuse problems. Other services will be available to youth attending Court and Community schools or other educational settings. These services are intended to successfully prevent these youth from requiring more intensive services, such as out of home placement, to eliminate or reduce re-arrests, to promote school attendance and performance; and to increase adolescent functioning and behavior. Youth served may also be at-risk of Juvenile Probation involvement, or just finishing Probation .
Primary Task. The purpose of the ILSP is to provide supportive services to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ teens and young adults, age 16-21,as a means of facilitating a seamless and successful transition from ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care to self sufficiency. The supportive services provided by this contract will support these young adults in acquiring the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to make that transition by providing them with comprehensive independent living services and transportation services.
Primary Task. Parents Center staff will provide mental health services intended to assist the family in successfully completing the court reunification plan, thereby reducing the average length of stay in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ placement from 12 to 7 months.
Primary Task. To expand the partnership in the COUNTY’S System of Care Model as well as to provide a culturally competent service system, the COUNTY is contracting with the Parents Center to provide intensive mental health services for the purpose of reunification for Santa ▇▇▇▇ County children in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ placement.
Primary Task. Pursuant to the authority delegated by the Tribal Council, the primary task of the Tribal Police is to protect the Tribe’s property, patrons, members, and residents of the Reservation, whether Native American or not. Consistent with carrying out this task, the Tribal Police will assist and or initiate general law enforcement, investigations, misdemeanor and felony arrests, and prisoner transportation insofar as is feasible under the circumstances. As an example, Tribal Police will potentially be first responders and have responsibility for initial response/investigation into domestic violence calls. Tribal Police will assist the Sheriff with homicide investigations; however, the Sheriff will maintain primary responsibility for investigation and response to any such incidents. The Tribe hereby agrees that the Tribal Police will cooperate, consistent with this MOU, with the Del Norte County Drug Task Force.

  • Disaster Recovery Plan Contractor agrees that upon request of System Agency, Contractor shall provide copies of its most recent business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

  • Local Circuit Switching Capability, including Tandem Switching Capability 4.2.1 Local circuit switching capability is defined as all line-side and trunk-side facilities, plus the features, functions, and capabilities of the switch. The features, functions, and capabilities of the switch shall include the basic switching function of connecting lines to lines, lines to trunks, trunks to lines, and trunks to trunks. Local circuit switching includes all vertical features that the switch is capable of providing, including custom calling, custom local area signalling service features, and Centrex, as well as any technically feasible customized routing functions. 4.2.2 Notwithstanding BellSouth’s general duty to unbundle local circuit switching, BellSouth shall not be required to unbundle local circuit switching for ▇▇▇▇ when ▇▇▇▇: (1) serves an End User with four (4) or more voice-grade (DS0) equivalents or lines served by BellSouth in Zone 1 of one of the following MSAs: Atlanta, GA;

  • Loss Leader; Recycled Products Contractor shall not sell or use any article or product as a “loss leader” as defined in Section 17030 of the Business and Professions Code. If Contractor will sell to the Judicial Council, or use in the performance of this Agreement, goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), then with respect to those goods: (i) Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible, and (ii) upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209.

  • OPERATIONAL CAPABILITY Contractor represents and warrants, as previously certified in Contractor’s Bidder’s Certification, that Contractor has the operational and financial capability to perform the Contract.

  • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is a NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASPP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram, , the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”), and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by LEA pursuant to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. ▇▇▇ shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by ▇▇▇.
