Access Limited. District courses, classes, practices, competitions, and all other school events take priority over community, User, and User’s Guests’ access to the Facilities. During the school day, access to the Facilities will generally be available from 5:00 am–7:00 am, and again from 6:00 pm–10:00 pm. On non-school days, access to the Facilities will generally be available between 5:00 am–10:00 pm. The District reserves the right to add or delete services, amenities, and hours.

Incidents may include, but are not limited to, those resulting in injury, media coverage or public reaction that may have an impact on the AGENCY’S or GRANTEE BENEFICIARY’S ability to protect and serve its participants, or other significant effect on the AGENCY or GRANTEE BENEFICIARY. Incidents shall be reported to the designated AGENCY contact below by phone or email only. Incident report information shall not include any identifying information of the participant.

  • Information Systems The Customer is aware that vehicles manufactured, supplied or marketed by a company within the Volvo Group are equipped with one or more systems which may gather and store information about the vehicle (the “Information Systems”), including but not limited to information relating to vehicle condition and performance and information relating to the operation of the vehicle (together, the “Vehicle Data”). The Customer agrees not to interfere with the operation of the Information System in any way.
