The Access Points clause defines the specific locations or means by which parties can enter, use, or connect to a property, system, or service. In practice, this clause may outline designated entryways, network ports, or authorized interfaces, and can specify any restrictions or requirements for their use, such as security protocols or hours of access. Its core function is to ensure clarity and security by formally establishing where and how access is permitted, thereby reducing the risk of unauthorized entry or misuse.
Access Points. A wireless Access Point (AP) is a device that allows wireless devices to connect to a wired network using Wi-Fi, or related standards. Capabilities should include:
Access Points. The City and LPS agree that ingress and egress to and from the Property along Saltillo Road will be limited to a roundabout (full turn movements) to be located at the approximately one-half (I/2) mile point east of S. 70^*^ Street (“Saltillo RAB”), as generally shown on Exhibit “B”. which is attached hereto.
Access Points. The City and Parcel Owners agree that ingress and egress to and from the Property along S. 40th Street will be limited to the 1/8 mile access point (right-in, right-out turn movements) abutting the Property as shown on Exhibit “B”. which is attached hereto, the 1/4 mile access point (full turn movements) abutting the Property as shown on Exhibit “B” ■ and a future Vi mile access point (full turn movements) with the exact location of each ofthe access points to be determined by the City through the City’s Executive Order construction process described below or through the real estate subdivision process.
Access Points. The City and Parcel Owners agree that full turn movement intersections allowing ingress and egress to and from the LFSB Property and Coalition Property along ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Street will be limited to the preliminary and approximate location of these access points as shown on Exhibit “B.

Access Points and The interconnection point for caged and collocation is the point where GLOBALEYES owned cable connect to GTE termination equipment. The demarcation point for GLOBALEYES is terminal equipment or connect panel within cage, bay/frame or cabinet. must tag all entrance facilities to indicate ownership. GLOBALEYES will not be allowed access to GTE’s DSX line-ups, MDF or any other GTE facility termination points. The DSX and MDF are to be considered GTE demarcation points only. Only GTE employees, agents or contractors be allowed access to the MDF or DSX to terminate facilities, test connectivity, run jumpers and/or hot patch in-service circuits.
Access Points. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ shall have full ingress to and egress from the ▇▇▇▇▇ Property I along the newly constructed/realigned Farm Road 107, at 300 feet from the centerline of U.S. Highway 60. ▇▇▇▇▇ recognizes and acknowledges that MHTC intends to construct a fully signalized intersection at U.S. Highway 60 and the newly constructed/realigned Farm Road 107 during the year 2027, at which time ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ access may become inherently or in fact restricted to right in, right out access, which shall not in any way constitute a breach of this Agreement.
ii. ▇▇▇▇▇ shall have secondary full access in an agreeable location to the north of the ▇▇▇▇▇ Property I to service the ▇▇▇▇▇ Property I from the portion of Farm Road 107 that is being constructed. The construction of such secondary full access will be at no cost or expense to ▇▇▇▇▇, but shall rather be fully paid for by City. The rights of ▇▇▇▇▇ granted under this provision may, at ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ option, be recorded in the form of a memorandum set forth as Exhibit G.
iii. ▇▇▇▇▇ and City acknowledge that both access points referenced above will be constructed to the new right-of-way line from the roadway, and further that if additional grading is needed beyond those right-of-way lines to service the ▇▇▇▇▇ Property I, such work shall be provided in conjunction with the project.
iv. ▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges that MHTC intends to provide access to the ▇▇▇▇▇ Property II at the nearest lane of U.S. Highway 60 (to be a shared access with the property located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 60) (the “▇▇▇▇▇ Property II Access”). City and District will cooperate with ▇▇▇▇▇ to ensure MHTC provides such access. The ▇▇▇▇▇ Property II Access will be located at or near the existing access located at the eastern property line of ▇▇▇▇▇ Property II. ▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges that a traffic study may be required at or prior to the time of development of the ▇▇▇▇▇ Property II, depending upon the use(s) and development plan of the ▇▇▇▇▇ Property II. City and District will cooperate with ▇▇▇▇▇ to obtain MHTC’s acknowledgement that the results of such traffic study will require an expansion of the current access to U.S. Highway 60 at the property located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. The rights of ▇▇▇▇▇ granted under this provision may, at ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ option, be recorded in the form of a memorandum set forth as Exhibit G.
