Access to Authority Premises. Where the Contractor’s Personnel are required to have a pass for admission to the Premises the Authority shall, subject to satisfactory completion of approval procedures, arrange for passes to be issued. Contractor’s Personnel who cannot produce a proper pass when required to do so by any of the Authority’s personnel, or who contravene any conditions on the basis of which a pass was issued, may be refused admission to the Authority’s Premises or required to leave those premises if already there.
Access to Authority Premises. D1.1 Where the Contractor’s Personnel are required to have a pass for admission to the Premises the Authority shall, subject to satisfactory completion of approval procedures, arrange for passes to be issued. The Contractor shall promptly return all passes on completion or earlier termination of the Contract. D1.3 Contractor’s Personnel attending the Premises may be subject to search at any time. Strip searches shall only be conducted on the specific authority of the Authority under the same rules and conditions applying to the Authority’s personnel. The Contractor is referred to the Prison Rules 1999 Part III and the Prison (Amendment) Rules 2005 and the Young Offender Institute Rules 2000 Part III and the Young Offender Institute (Amendment) Rules 2008. The Contractor is also referred to the definition of misconduct contained in the said Rules and clause 3 of the Standard Terms and Conditions.
Access to Authority Premises. 19.3.1 The Authority, whose decision shall be final and conclusive, reserves the right to refuse to admit to, or to withdraw permission to remain on, any premises occupied by or on behalf of the Authority in respect of: (a) any member of the Service Provider Personnel; or (b) any person employed or engaged by a sub-contractor, agent or servant of the Service Provider, where the Authority has reasonable cause to suspect misconduct, negligence or incompetence in respect of such person. 19.3.2 The Authority may in its sole discretion refuse access to any premises occupied by it to any member of the Service Provider Personnel who does not successfully complete the vetting procedures under the Disclosure and Barring Scheme.

Contractor’s Personnel who cannot produce a proper pass when required to do so by any of the Authority’s Personnel or Authorised User’s personnel, or who contravene any conditions on the basis of which a pass was issued, may be refused admission to the relevant Site or premises or required to leave those premises if already there.

  • Licence to Occupy Premises A5.1 Any land or Premises made available to the Contractor by the Authority in connection with the Contract, shall be made available to the Contractor on a non-exclusive licence basis free of charge and shall be used by the Contractor solely for the purpose of performing its obligations under the Contract. The Contractor shall have the use of such land or Premises as licensee and shall vacate the same on completion, termination or abandonment of the Contract.

  • Access to the Premises Except as provided by local ordinance, after a good faith effort to give notice, the Lessor, its agents or employees shall have access at all reasonable hours to the leased premises for the purpose of examining or exhibiting the premises to prospective buyers or prospective residents, or for making alterations or repairs on the premises which the Lessor deems necessary. Lessor shall have access at all reasonable hours to perform Lessee requested repairs, unless indicated to the contrary by Lessee. In the event of an emergency, Lessor, its agents or employees shall have immediate access without notice.

  • Office Space All faculty members teaching one-half time or more shall be provided with office space on the campus where the majority of their courses are taught. Further, the Employer will, upon the request of a faculty member, complete Income Tax Form No.T2200 (Declaration of Employment Conditions - Office or Employment Expense).

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.
