Additional Entitlements. In the case of any of the terminations of employment noted in Section 6 or 7 of this Agreement, Employee or his estate shall be entitled to: (i) Base Salary through the date of termination of employment with the Company (the “Termination Date”); (ii) the balance of any incentive awards earned and due but not yet paid; (iii) Employee’s accrued and unused vacation time, if any, through the Termination Date; (iv) other payments and benefits, if any, in accordance with applicable plans, programs and other arrangements of the Company; and (v) the continued entitlements, as applicable, described in Sections 4(d) and 6(d). The payments to be made pursuant to clauses (i) through (iv) above shall be made in a single cash lump sum by no later than ten (10) business days following the Employee’s Termination Date.
