ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO BE PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER. (a) Customer will also be responsible for furnishing the items described in this Section 3.2 as required by the conditions of the particular installation or other on-site Service at no cost to Seller and such items are not included in Seller's price for the Services. Seller shall have the right to invoice Customer for any costs or expenses incurred by Seller as a result of Customer's failure to provide any of these items described in this Section 3.2 and all such invoices shall be paid by Customer in accordance with this Agreement. Prior to Services start date and during the performance of the Services, Customer shall, if requested by Seller, provide Seller with sufficient data to assist Seller and its subcontractors in evaluating the environmental conditions at the work site (including without limitation, the presence of Hazardous Materials). The price quoted by Seller for Services does not include the cost of removal or disposal of the Hazardous Materials from the work site. Customer is responsible for the removal and disposal in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulation of the Hazardous Materials, including but not limited to asbestos, prior to commencement of Services.
