Scheduled Service. The Contractor will furnish Scheduled Service using modern sweeping equipment for those public streets designated by City at the time of the execution of the Agreement. After the execution of the Agreement, City may add other public streets, or portions of public streets.

Scheduled Service. Contractor shall: 1. Provide the Project Manager, Building Coordinator or authorized designee with a schedule for performing lighting service and inspections within five (5) working days after the effective date of this Contract. Schedule shall include: a. Facility Name b. Facility Location c. Day, Date and Time, services are to be performed for the interior and exterior (See Section XV for frequency) d. Day, Date and Time to Test Night Lights (See Section XV for Frequency) Once submitted, follow the schedule for performance of all work. Notify the Project Manager or authorized designee of any deviations from the schedule within five (5) working days. 2. Contact Building Coordinator or authorized designee upon arrival at the site on the scheduled day, to review any work that has been identified by County staff. 3. Conduct an inspection, per schedule (See Section XV for Frequency), of all inside fixtures for each facility listed in this Contract; 4. Conduct an inspection of all the exterior night lights (See Section XV for Frequency) which includes the outside attached fixtures, parking lot and pole lights, street lights, plaza pole lights, pilaster lights, bollards, emergency lights, landscape lights and exit lights. All outside lights shall be tested by turning off the sensor, photocell or after dark; 5. Replace and/or repair all burned out lamps and malfunctioning lamps (including weak or flickering lamps), ballasts, emergency light batteries, emergency lights, interior elevator car lamps, landscape lights, parking lot and pole lamps, street pole lights, plaza pole lights, pilaster lights, bollard lights, sensors, photo cells, exit signs and damaged diffusers at the time of the service/inspection; 6. Replace all defective ballasts with the specified electronic ballasts at the time of the service/inspection; 7. Replace all cracked, missing, stained (including yellowed) and damaged diffusers at the time of the service/ inspection. (Where diffusers must be specialty cut and/or ordered, immediately contact the County Project Manager or authorized designee to establish a time schedule to complete this work); 8. Submit a completion of service report to the Building Coordinator and County Project Manager or authorized designee, which describes the work performed. 9. Coordinate testing of any lights on the County Energy Management System through OC Public Works, Facilities Operation ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇.
Scheduled Service. 1. Each administration shall offer scheduled service on a contractual basis to customers who agree to use the service on a designated schedule to send items to designated addressees.‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ 2. Each administration shall provide the other administration with a schedule of approximate delivery times to each city or other location to which scheduled service is available, based upon the time schedules of the international flights used to carry scheduled items. 3. For each scheduled service contract, the administration [*3] of origin shall provide the administration of destination with the following information at least ten days prior to commencing service pursuant to such contract: (i) The identification number of the customer contract, which number shall be indicated on each item sent; (ii) the names and addresses of the sender and designated addressee; (iii) the days of the week designated by the customer as scheduled dispatch days; (iv) the time of day delivery is requested; and (v) the airline and flight number to be used. 4. The administration of origin shall notify the administration of destination of any changes in the information referred to in Section 3 of this Article.
Scheduled Service. 2.1 In consideration of the revenue guarantee provided by the IEDC (as described in Section 3 hereof), subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Delta agrees to operate the Scheduled Service during the Incentive Period. 2.2 Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, if Delta’s Revenue is less than the Year One Winter Minimum Revenue Threshold, then Delta shall have the right to notify the IEDC, in writing, that it plans to not operate Scheduled Flights between January 1, 2020 through and including March 31, 2020; provided, Delta provides the IEDC such notice by no later than October 30, 2019. The IEDC may, upon receipt of Delta’s notice, request a renegotiation of the “Enplanement Fees” (as defined in Section 3.1), for such period (January 1, 2020 through and including March 31, 2020), in order to maintain Scheduled Service during such period as set forth in Exhibit A. If, within ten (10) business days of such request, negotiations do not result in terms reasonably acceptable to Delta or the IEDC, Delta shall have the right to not operate Scheduled Flights during such period. 2.3 Delta and the IEDC acknowledge that Delta may cancel any flight included in the Scheduled Service due to weather conditions, mechanical or operational problems or a Force Majeure Event. If Delta cancels any such flight, that flight will not be counted for purposes of calculating the Year One Winter Minimum Revenue Threshold. 2.4 Delta reserves the right to change, from time to time, the type of aircraft operating any of the Scheduled Service as warranted by passenger demand, in Delta’s reasonable judgment, during the Incentive Period, provided any substitute aircraft shall have no less seat capacity than a 767- 300 aircraft. 2.5 Delta reserves the right to increase or decrease the frequency of Scheduled Flights due to a Force Majeure Event. 2.6 (a) Delta shall have the right to adjust the frequency of the Scheduled Service upon the earlier of (i) ten (10) business days of the IEDC’s request for renegotiation, and renegotiations do not result in terms reasonably acceptable to Delta or the IEDC or (ii) if the IEDC does not request a renegotiation of the Enplanement Fees during the Long-term Response Period, the expiration of the Long-term Response Period. Delta shall have the right to adjust the frequency of the Scheduled Service to be operated during
Scheduled Service. The Contractor shall collect every seven (7) days on the scheduled service the following waste as specified herein or as required on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet: a. Mixed Waste At the time of pick-up, the Contractor shall be escorted by CDCR/CCHCS personnel to and from the entrance gate to the container pick-up areas throughout the institution/facility. The Contractor shall comply with institutional/facility security and safety policies and procedures. The Contractor shall cooperate with CDCR/CCHCS employees and other Contractors and vendors who may also require access to limited loading areas. The Contractor shall anticipate and be prepared for delays upon entering and/or exiting the institution/facility. In addition, he Contractor shall follow instructions of the CDCR/CCHCS Institution/Facility(s) dock masters concerning the moving and parking of the Contractor’s vehicles while on CDCR/CCHCS Institution/Facility(s) property. The Contractor shall notify the Contract Manager or designee if any facility used in the service of the contract is not in compliance with applicable laws or regulations.
